Late cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up are charged one daily rate; the remainder is refunded.
No-show
If you do not pick up the bike on the start date and do not contact us, the first two daily rates are charged and the reservation is released.
Date changes
Date changes are free and unlimited, subject to bike availability. Contact us and we rebook your fit and bike for the new dates.
